Ott has been messing about with sound boxes every day for as long as he can remember. Having spent the ‘90s flitting between his day-job as a freelance studio engineer and long weekends under the stars at psychedelic trance parties, the obvious next step, as the millennium turned, was to create music of his own from the jumble of sounds which filled his head.
About every four years or so an album coalesces from the chaos, heads out into the world and takes on a life of its own.
Bloomurian is the electronic music & DJ project of Robin Liepman (Bloom), originally from California, and currently Colorado based. Bloomurian’s style ranges from Folktronica & World Bass to Psychedelic Bass, Organic House, DnB, and beyond, fusing face-melting, heart-opening, soul-awakening multidimensional frequencies.
DJ I-Gene a Colorado Native currently residing in Durango, spins all Vinyl Reggae-Dub sets and has had the opportunity to perform his all vinyl Reggae sets at venues across the state of Colorado such as Telluride Town Park, Animas City Theatre, Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom, The Fox Theater, The Aggie Theatre, The Belly Up Aspen, Sheridan Opera House, Fly Me to the Moon Saloon, Rise & Vibes at Tico Time River Resort and has shared the stage with Michael Franti & Spearhead, Thievery Corporation, See-I, Don Carlos, Micheal Rose, Dr. Israel, Pato Banton, John Browns Body, Anthony B, The Itals, The Melodians, The Meditations, Julian & Stephen Marley, Chali 2na, The Reverend Horton Heat, JJ Grey & Mofro, Ozomatli, Sister Carol, and many more.
